Assessments

Assessments are a crucial part to any Occupational Therapy evaluation, they provide an indication of what skills the individual has, what stage children are at in their development, what difficulties the individual may be experiencing, and enable the Occupational Therapist to use them as a tool to gather important and relevant information needed to guide intervention and input.

Inclusive Children’s Therapy provide thorough assessments for children and young people, our assessments will highlight areas of difficulties, whilst providing an understanding into what is causing the observed challenges, and provide strategies and recommendations to address these.

All of our assessments are completed by a trained and experienced Occupational Therapist who are passionate about working with children and young people. Assessments usually take place in a child’s home and/ or school, but if this is not appropriate we can arrange for children to be seen within an assessment clinic in Warwickshire.
